MIST 7500 - Fall 2013; B3 - Business Strategy Models
For the final assignment of week two, we had to analyze our fantasy
business model from week one. We had many options to use for the
analysis. I was torn between Porter's Five Forces Model or a SWOT
Analysis. I felt the Five Forces Model was more fitting for my company.
